Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations. This role will be responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding technical design decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery across Salesforce and integrated third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions.
Evaluate and validate overall technical designs for Salesforce and third-party integrations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce (SFDC) platform and related technologies.
Lead technical and functional discussions with clients and internal teams, including design, development, and testing teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical leadership throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ensure best practices are followed across development, integration, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in Salesforce.com (SFDC) architecture and technical solutions.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
Experience working with third-party integrations and external systems.
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and client-facing technical discussions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Salesforce certifications (Technical Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer, etc.).
Experience with complex data migrations and system integrations.
