Job Summary

Duties

• Lead and manage all restaurant functions, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to maintain optimal food costs.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently while managing cash handling procedures.
• Supervise kitchen activities, ensuring food production meets quality standards and adheres to food safety regulations.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
• Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing levels, and oversee customer service to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
• Conduct profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting to meet business goals while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management practices.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS along with cash handling proficiency.
• Strong leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, budgeting processes, and profit & loss analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, interviewing candidates, and customer service interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
