Area Supervisor - McDonald's

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee multiple McDonald's restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a General Manager or Supervisor within McDonald's, demonstrating strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting store managers, ensuring operational standards are met, and driving overall business performance across your designated area.

Duties

• Provide leadership and guidance to multiple McDonald's restaurant teams to ensure consistent delivery of quality service and products.
• Support store managers in achieving operational excellence, including adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing management staff to foster a high-performing team environment.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with operational procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with corporate support teams to implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities at the store level.
• Address escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring positive resolutions.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talented staff members across multiple locations.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a General Manager or Supervisor at McDonald's is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple locations effectively.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food quality, safety standards, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members, customers, and corporate partners.
• Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable plans for improvement.
• Flexibility to travel between different restaurant locations within the designated area as needed.
• A proactive approach with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
