About The Role

Jewelry Store Marketers is hiring for the Billing Specialist role. In this position, you will manage invoices, payments, billing records, and account follow-up. The work supports digital marketing, ecommerce campaigns, client service, content, audience growth, and performance reporting. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review customer invoices using approved billing information, rates, and supporting documentation.
• Apply payments, maintain billing records, and reconcile account activity against invoices and approved adjustments.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, duplicate charges, missing documentation, and customer questions.
• Follow up on overdue or incomplete accounts according to established procedures and document each action.
• Prepare recurring billing, aging, payment, and exception reports for management review.
• Protect customer payment and account information and follow approved financial-data controls.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets and billing systems.
• Ability to reconcile records, identify discrepancies, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Professional communication when following up with customers or internal teams.
• High discretion when handling payment and account information.
• Ability to manage recurring billing deadlines and multiple account issues.
