About The Role

Jewelry Store Marketers is hiring for the Content Moderation Specialist role. In this position, you will review user or customer content against documented standards and escalate policy violations. The work supports digital marketing, ecommerce campaigns, client service, content, audience growth, and performance reporting. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates based in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned content, submissions, comments, or records against approved moderation and quality guidelines.
• Apply documented classifications consistently and record the reason for moderation decisions.
• Escalate ambiguous, sensitive, or high-risk content according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate case notes, review status, and evidence needed for quality or appeal review.
• Protect confidential information and limit access to content to approved business purposes.
• Participate in calibration and quality reviews to improve consistency across moderation decisions.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, reading comprehension, judgment, and consistency.
• Ability to apply written policies carefully without substituting personal preferences.
• Comfort using moderation, case-management, or review systems.
• Clear written documentation and good escalation judgment.
• Ability to handle potentially sensitive content professionally and confidentially.
