Job Responsibilities:**
- Operate and monitor various machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
- Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and take corrective actions as required.
- Accurately record production data, material usage, and equipment status.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, quality standards, and operational policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in an operational or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate basic machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift and move objects as required by the job; comfortable with prolonged standing and physical activity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
