Customer Supply Chain Order Management: From the perspective of the entire customer supply chain, ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. This involves coordinating with warehouses or transportation teams, tracking order status, and resolving potential issues that may arise.
Product Capability Development Promotion: Conduct customer analysis and industry analysis, align with internal platforms to update platform policies, and drive the development of product capabilities.
Customer Interface Guidance: Provide technical support to customers and assist them in resolving problems encountered when using products or services. This may include answering frequently asked questions, offering operational guidance, and performing troubleshooting.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain sound customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and care. This includes conducting regular communications with customers, providing personalized suggestions and recommendations, addressing customer complaints and feedback, and promptly providing customers with responses and solutions.

팀매니징 경력있으신 분 우대
With 5 years or above of work experience in supply chain/warehousing and logistics, and experience in key account management;
Meticulous and responsible in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
