We’re partnering with a growing specialty lender in their search for a Credit Analyst / Associate focused on ABL and middle market lending. You’ll gain hands-on experience underwriting middle market sponsor-backed companies in a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and credit analysis to support underwriting of ABL and middle market transactions.
- Assist in structuring deals and preparing credit memos for review by senior underwriters.
- Monitor portfolio performance and support ongoing risk assessment.
- Collaborate with directors and other team members on deal execution and client due diligence.
- Support the preparation of internal reporting, documentation, and compliance materials.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in credit analysis, private credit, middle market lending, or specialty finance.
- Bachelor's degree qualified, ideally in finance.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
