JCW Group has partnered with a growing financial firm to hire a Sr. Commercial Sales Assistant. This position will support a busy team with deal flow, documentation, reporting, and general administrative support, working closely with senior team members as the business continues to grow.
This role is onsite in Miami, FL and you’ll provide hands-on administrative and operational support, including preparing and managing documentation, assisting with closing processes, opening new accounts, monthly reporting, and general deal administration. You’ll collaborate across teams as needed and play a key role in keeping workflows organized and running efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience with loan documentation and some closing support
- Commercial experience preferred; C&I exposure is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable with reporting, account opening, and loan administration
- Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
