Representative work includes representation in the acquisition and disposition of real estate, due diligence, title, and survey examination, addressing zoning, land use, and land entitlement issues, negotiating economic development incentives, property development, and new construction, and real estate financing, among other responsibilities.

- 4 to 5 years of commercial real estate experience as either in-house or law firm
