What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Injury Attorney position at JBA International?
A Legal Firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Attorney with 5 Years of Personal Injury Experience. This position involves all aspects of litigation including law and motion, discovery, and liability and expert depositions.
The trial attorney will conduct court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and trials and will be responsible for a case load of 50 files.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay up to $150k/yr or higher depending on experience
Monday through Thursday 9am to 5-5:30pm
Fridays 9am to 4pm
Requirements:
- Excellent Legal Research and Writing skills
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years Personal Injury experience
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- CA License (License in multiple jurisdictions is plus!)
