Electrical Superintendent – Semiconductor / Mission‑Critical Construction
This is a high‑visibility role for a Superintendent who thrives in fast‑paced, mission‑critical work and is ready to lead complex electrical scopes with precision, safety, and strong field leadership.
What You’ll Lead:
- Oversee day‑to‑day electrical construction activities in semiconductor/manufacturing environments
- Lead, mentor, and support field teams including Foremen and General Foremen
- Ensure crews are properly staffed, resourced, and aligned with project requirements
- Interpret and manage drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and constructability issues
- Support preconstruction planning, scheduling, manpower forecasting, and procurement coordination
- Drive safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of construction
- Coordinate daily with PMs, PXs, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and trade partners
- Manage electrical scopes including clean rooms, MV distribution, industrial systems, and mission‑critical infrastructure
- Contribute to large‑scale project execution with teams that may scale to 150–200 electricians at peak
What You Bring:
- Experience leading electrical construction on large‑scale commercial, industrial, or civil projects ($50M )
- Strong background in high‑reliability environments such as:
- Semiconductor
- Data centers
- Healthcare
- Industrial manufacturing
- High‑rise or transportation infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and multi‑trade coordination
- Strong leadership in safety, manpower planning, and field execution
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and operational excellence under aggressive timelines

Salary : $165,000 - $200,000
