A top‑tier electrical contractor is expanding its executive bench and looking for a Project Executive who thrives in complexity, commands respect in the field and the boardroom, and knows how to deliver high‑visibility commercial and industrial projects without compromise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy for large‑scale electrical programs from pursuit to closeout - risk, staffing, sequencing, client alignment, and executive‑level decision‑making
- Steer financial performance across a multi‑project portfolio, including forecasting, cost controls, margin protection, and long‑range planning
- Shape preconstruction success through estimating support, design reviews, constructability, VE, and procurement strategy
- Develop the next generation of leaders - PMs, APMs, and field teams - through coaching, accountability, and operational discipline
- Represent the company at the highest levels, strengthening relationships with owners, GCs, design partners, and trade leadership
- Drive operational excellence by elevating processes, safety culture, and project delivery standards across the organization
Qualifications:
- 10 years in electrical construction with 5 years in senior leadership
- A track record of delivering $150M electrical scopes in healthcare, industrial, or mission‑critical environments
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing multiple large projects simultaneously
- Exceptional leadership presence - decisive, composed, and trusted by clients and teams
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environments
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, or similar platforms

Salary : $190,000 - $210,000
