General Superintendent – Semiconductor / Mission‑Critical Construction
Join the leadership team for a major multi‑phase semiconductor/manufacturing program supporting ground‑up construction, expansions, and renovation across high‑reliability electrical systems in one of the most advanced industrial environments in the country.
This is a high‑visibility role for a Superintendent ready to take ownership of complex electrical scopes, large teams, and mission‑critical execution.
What You’ll Lead
- Oversee and manage large‑scale electrical construction in semiconductor/manufacturing environments
- Lead, mentor, and develop field leadership teams (Foremen, GF’s, Supers)
- Ensure projects are staffed, resourced, and executed according to contract requirements
- Serve as the technical authority on drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and constructability
- Drive preconstruction planning, budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, procurement coordination, and scheduling
- Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases
- Coordinate with clients, PMs, PXs, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners
- Manage one or multiple large projects simultaneously as scope expands
- Support clean room, MV, industrial, and mission‑critical electrical systems
- Lead teams that will scale to 150–200 electricians at peak
What You Bring:
- Large‑scale commercial, industrial, and/or civil construction projects ($50M )
- Experience leading complex electrical scopes
- Strong background in high‑reliability environments such as: Semiconductor, Data centers, Healthcare, Industrial manufacturing, High‑rise or transportation infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multi‑trade coordination
- Strong scheduling, manpower planning, and safety leadership

Salary : $180,000 - $240,000
