What You’ll Lead:

• Direct day‑to‑day field operations from groundbreaking through final turnover
• Lead and manage electrical crews, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, GCs, owners, and engineers to keep schedules tight and issues resolved
• Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality inspections to ensure clean, compliant execution
• Oversee installation of electrical systems including feeders, switchgear, distribution, lighting, and equipment
• Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower tracking, and field documentation
• Mentor field leaders and build a strong, motivated team culture

What You Bring:

• 4 years supervising electrical scopes of $50M on ground‑up commercial or industrial projects
• Strong command of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and NEC/code compliance
• Experience leading crews and coordinating with multiple trades on active job sites
• Proficiency with construction technology tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• A leadership style that builds trust, drives accountability, and keeps the field moving
• Ability to communicate clearly with PMs, field teams, and clients
