What You’ll Own:
- Lead daily operations across Scheduling, Warehouse, Prefab, BIM/VDC, and Safety
- Build scalable processes that improve efficiency, quality, and profitability
- Forecast manpower needs and optimize workforce planning
- Oversee BIM/VDC strategy, technology adoption, and coordination workflows
- Drive warehouse logistics, inventory accuracy, and material flow
- Expand prefabrication capabilities and support field productivity
- Provide executive oversight of company‑wide safety performance
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning
- Mentor and develop operational leaders across multiple departments
What You Bring:
- 10 years of leadership experience in electrical construction
- Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, BIM/VDC, logistics, and prefab
- Proven success leading multiple operational departments
- Ability to build systems, elevate teams, and drive continuous improvement
- Strong financial and strategic decision‑making skills
