Senior Project Manager – Low Voltage
A leading national electrical and technologies contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing Low Voltage Division. This is a high‑visibility role for someone who can take full ownership of complex projects, lead teams with confidence, and deliver exceptional results for customers across commercial, industrial, institutional, and mission‑critical environments.
What You’ll Lead:
- Manage low‑voltage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and forecasting
- Build strong relationships with customers, GCs, vendors, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings, coordination efforts, and progress reporting
- Support estimating, design‑assist, and value‑engineering efforts
- Partner closely with field leadership to ensure seamless installation and execution
- Drive change orders, procurement, submittals, RFIs, and documentation
- Mentor project engineers, assistant PMs, and field teams
- Ensure all work aligns with company standards, customer expectations, and industry best practices
What You Bring:
- 5 years of project management experience in low‑voltage, technology, or electrical systems
- Proven success managing large, complex commercial or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of low‑voltage systems such as structured cabling, security, access control, DAS, AV, fire alarm, or similar technologies
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal oversight
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- A proactive, detail‑driven mindset with a commitment to safety and quality

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
