Project Manager – Electrical Construction (Casino Experience Preferred)

A leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large‑scale commercial electrical projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed casino, gaming, or hospitality environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle management of electrical construction projects ranging from $20M–$150M , including casinos, hotels, entertainment venues, and large commercial facilities
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Manage subcontractors, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Coordinate closely with general contractors, owners, and design teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues proactively
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with a focus on electrical systems, low‑voltage, lighting, power distribution, and specialty systems
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and project-specific requirements
• Drive project meetings, progress reporting, and communication across all levels

Qualifications:

• 3 years of electrical construction project management experience
• Proven success managing casino, gaming, hospitality, or large entertainment projects (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple phases and large teams in high-pressure, schedule-driven environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, etc.)
