We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex, high‑stakes environments and knows how to lead electrical construction projects from concept through commissioning.
This role is ideal for someone who brings deep experience in wastewater treatment facilities, industrial plants, and heavy infrastructure and who wants to take ownership of major projects that keep communities running.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout with a focus on wastewater and industrial facilities.
- Manage budgets, schedules, manpower planning, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Prepare and oversee purchase orders, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, and all project documentation.
- Drive project financials: billing schedules, cash flow, forecasting, and cost control.
- Partner closely with field leadership to monitor job progress, resolve issues, and maintain productivity.
- Participate in estimating efforts and provide technical insight during bid reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and community involvement activities.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all project teams.
- Mentor junior PMs, APMs, and field leaders to support long‑term team development.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of electrical construction project management experience, preferably with wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities, or heavy infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field operations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
- Proven success managing complex projects with tight schedules and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Bluebeam, project management platforms, etc.).

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
