At Jared, we’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring our merchandise is handled with care and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
Receive, process, organize, and secure merchandise
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Complete inventory counts and research discrepancies
Process transfers, shipments, repairs, and returns
Maintain an organized and secure inventory area
Partner with store leadership and sales associates on inventory needs
Follow company procedures for inventory control, security, and loss prevention
Handle high-value merchandise with accuracy and care
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependability and a high level of accountability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
Previous retail, inventory, jewelry, or operations experience is a plus
