What You’ll Do
Welcome every customer and provide a warm, personalized experience
Listen to customers’ needs and help them find the perfect jewelry or gift
Build relationships and create memorable experiences
Learn about our jewelry, services, and financing options
Work toward individual and store sales goals
Maintain an inviting, organized, and beautifully presented store
Assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations
Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
A positive, outgoing personality and genuine desire to help others
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
Dependability and a strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key holiday dates
