Residential Sales Specialist

JANUS et Cie®, THE DESIGN-FOCUSED LEADER IN THE FURNITURE INDUSTRY AND WE ARE SEEKING A RESIDENTIAL SALES SPECIALIST for our beautiful showroom in Houston Showroom The ideal candidate will have luxury furniture experience, business development and networking skills. 

DUTIES 

• Developing and delivering presentations to architects, designers, purchasing agents and owner’s representatives in the residential sector
• Selling within the Residential market sector
• Generating solutions and quotes for clients
• Creating and closing sales
• Prospecting new accounts
• Managing current accounts to ensure company and client satisfaction
• Handling day-to-day customer care together with your back up team

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

• Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors

•  Previous outside sales experience with luxury products is a plus
•  Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to assist the sales team as needed
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
