Responsibilities
Outside Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor – HVAC & Home Services
Uncapped Commission | $80,000.00–$200,000.00 Earning Potential | Warm Leads Provided
ARS is hiring Outside Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to help homeowners upgrade their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems. If you thrive in a one-call close, in-home residential sales environment, this is a high-income opportunity with no cold calling, no canvassing, and uncapped commission.
With next-day installation crews, multiple financing options, and the strongest guarantees in the industry, our sales professionals are set up to win.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners at pre-set, warm sales appointments
Present solutions for HVAC system replacements, upgrades, and indoor air quality products
Perform in-home evaluations, including attics and crawl spaces
Build trust through consultative, customer-focused sales
Close sales in a one-call close residential environment
Travel throughout your assigned territory in a company-provided vehicle
Compensation & Benefits
WARM LEADS PROVIDED – No cold calling or door knocking
$80,000–$200,000 annual earning potential with uncapped commissions
Weekly settlements with draw or commission after training

Qualifications
Proven experience in Outside Sales, In-Home Sales, or Residential Sales
Background in skilled trades or home services sales, such as:
HVAC / Air Conditioning
Plumbing
Roofing
Solar
Pest Control
Lawn Care
Windows, Siding, Kitchens & Baths, Security, or similar industries
Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and closing mindset
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Some locations may require prior HVAC-specific sales experience
