Duties
- Set up, operate, and monitor various machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, and press brake machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and conducting routine inspections of machinery and work areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating CNC machines (including CNC programming), stamping presses, press brakes, or similar industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, shop math skills, and blueprint reading for quality assurance.
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and experience maintaining a safe workspace.
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable to ensure seamless integration into our team.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
