Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Laborer role located in South Bend, IN. The General Laborer supports production operations by handling materials, assisting machine operators, and performing basic assembly and fabrication tasks as directed. Daily responsibilities may include loading and unloading materials, preparing work areas, moving parts between workstations, and performing simple measurements or inspections to maintain product quality. The role also involves cleaning and maintaining equipment and workspaces, following safety procedures, and using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment as needed. The General Laborer works closely with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules, support continuous improvement, and maintain a safe, organized facility.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform general manufacturing and labor tasks, including material handling, basic assembly, and support for machine operations.

- Awareness of workplace safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of materials and tools.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Basic math and reading skills for following work instructions, labels, and safety guidelines.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with a diverse team.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or construction is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
