Are you a motivated resident of the Northern Indiana area (Michigan City / LaPorte) looking to learn a valuable, high-demand trade? We are expanding our crew for cable span replacements and new fiber optic builds, and we are willing to train the right people from the ground up. No prior utility experience is necessary.

What We Are Looking For:
- A valid, clean driver’s license (essential for moving equipment).
- Reliable daily transportation to job sites in the LaPorte and Michigan City areas.
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to do heavy physical labor in outdoor conditions.
- Punctual and dependable—when the crew is ready to roll, you need to be there.
Please Note: We are looking for local or localized talent; we do not cover daily travel expenses or provide upfront mobilization checks.
