Cleaning Tech
Duties:
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as buffing machines, as needed
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement or minor repairs
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize work effectively
