We are looking for a responsible and reliable cleaning technician to maintain cleanliness for our residential clients and short-term rental properties. It is important for our technicians to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying residential homes and short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate must be experienced in a cleaning/ housekeeping role with a keen eye to focus on detail. They will require endurance to stay face-paced throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Ensure spaces are clean by taking out trash, tidying furniture, dusting surfaces, changing linens (when necessary)
- Sweep, vacuum and mop hard floors
- Vacuum all carpets or area rugs
- Wash and sanitize counter tops and sinks and clean dishes and put them away when needed
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock toiletries (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc.)
- Wipe mirrors, touch up windows as needed
- Report any damages or maintenance needed
- Secure facilities after cleaning by locking doors and windows
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Experience as a residential cleaner, housekeeper, or similar role
- Knowledge of use of household cleaning products and equipment
- Knowledge of safe and sanitary cleaning methods
- Familiarity with basic organization
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Ability to stay on task and within a timeframe with minimal supervision
- Good physical condition and shape with the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Current Schedule Needs
- Weekdays M-F between 9:00am and 4:00pm, 25 hours per week (full time or part time positions available)
- Seasonal positions available (March-September)
- On the job, paid, training

Compensation
- Sick leave, beginning day one of employment
- Vacation pay starting after 1 year
- $18-25.00 starting pay
- Bonuses and incentive program
