JamesCo Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Central Florida.
JamesCo Builders is a fast growing, commercial General Contractor based in Mount Dora, FL. We cover the majority of the state of Florida with a wide variety of commercial construction projects ranging in size, dollar value, complexity, and industry. We are seeking a Full Time Project Manager, seasoned in the commercial construction industry to join our team, and help us Build Better. Together!
Qualifications are as follows:
- 2-5 years' experience in the commercial construction industry.
- knowledge in project management software and scheduling software.
- proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Capabilities of running multiple projects of multiple sizes and dollar values.
Job related duties to include but not limited to:
- Submittal and RFI review and processing
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and day to day operations.
- Financial overview and reporting to senior management.
- project oversight and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, owners, owner vendors, architects, and engineers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
