JamesCo Builders is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our growing team in Central Florida.
JamesCo Builders is a fast growing, commercial General Contractor based in Mount Dora, FL. We cover the majority of the state of Florida with a wide variety of commercial construction projects ranging in size, dollar value, complexity, and industry. We are seeking a Full Time Superintendent, seasoned in the commercial construction industry to join our team, and help us Build Better. Together!
The Day to Day with JamesCo:
· Supervise, plan, organize and control all aspects of projects on a day-to-day basis.
· Lead subcontractors in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience goals are met.
· Coordination and participation in Online and Mobil based Project Management System.
· Create and manage schedules, prepare RFI's, review and process Submittals and Shop Drawings.
· Prepare daily Reports and Weekly reports for utilization by Project management and upper management.
· Ensure workplace safety and compliance with Company Safety Policies and OSHA job-site requirements. Lead Safety meetings and Toolbox talks with employees and trade contractors on a weekly basis.
· Be a member of the team involved in creating a winning strategy for Request for Proposal responses for new project and owner presentations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
