Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain sales enablement content (pitch decks, playbooks, battle cards, case studies, talk tracks, SOPs, and training materials).
- Organize and update sales intranet/learning resources; send weekly communications on changes.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, sales events, competitions, and certifications.
Sales Support
- Coordinate sales support needs including lead distribution, demo logistics, and DocuSign follow-up.
- Prepare assigned sales paperwork, as needed.
- Maintain, optimize, and become a subject matter expert on internal tools and software.
- Support product launch checklists and manufacturer coordination
Onboarding Partner
- Manage onboarding coordination (checklists, materials, access readiness, Week 1 facilitation, and milestone tracking).
- Deliver onboarding training courses, as needed.
The ideal Sales Enablement teammate will be self-motivated, team oriented, adaptable, and attentive to details. They will also have:
- 2 years in sales enablement, sales ops, training, or marketing support (preferred).
- Strong writing/editing skills with a sharp eye for details and brand consistency.
- Service-minded communicator who supports clients, vendors, and teammates professionally.
- Extremely organized with reliable follow-through across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with CRM/LMS/intranet or enablement tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to keep priorities moving in a changing environment.
- Looks for practical ways to improve processes and shares recommendations.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
