Business Development Representative

What You'll Do- Identify and engage potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and research.
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the outside sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead progress in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting bookings.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Comfortable with cold calling and engaging prospects in a consultative manner.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Soaring, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Passion for learning and a desire to grow within the organization.
