Responsibilities- Perform in-depth assessments of customers' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and market trends.
- Attend training sessions and participate in ongoing professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience, particularly in HVAC or related industries, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Weekly Pay - Straight 10% commission, uncapped, for completed installations within gross profit goal.
