We are in search of Residential Comfort Consultants that will fit and understand our “family like” culture; share similar core values like: honesty and integrity; take tremendous pride in their work; and are extremely customer focused.  This position is an outside sales role that will be creating and closing sale opportunities by educating customers, generating leads, and utilizing internal pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Present prepared options for HVAC products and services to both new and existing customers
• Create relationships with clients and referrals to generate sales
• Partner with Service Tech team members to ensure the best possible customer service
• Continually train to stay up to date on all the latest industry trends, and technologies 
• Overcome sales objections for potential clients
• Focus on customer retention by strengthening the customer experience through a strong sales approach
• Manage and follow up with missed opportunities 

Qualifications:

• At least two succesfull years in a sales role
• Minimum one year of experience in the Heating and Cooling field, this is negotiable
• Strong relationship building skills
• A clean driving record
