Responsibilities- Assist HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues under the guidance of experienced staff.
- Follow safety protocols and practices while on job sites.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to enhance HVAC knowledge and skills.
- Prepare tools and equipment needed for each job.
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in HVAC technology is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a hands-on role.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Driver's license is required; reliable transportation is a must.
