Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly presentable, guest-focused individual to serve as our Gallery Concierge—a key role dedicated to shaping the client experience from the moment guests arrive. Positioned at the heart of the gallery’s flow, this individual will be responsible for managing guest entry, moderating traffic, and coordinating appointments while embodying the elegance and hospitality of our brand.

Your responsibilities are – but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all clients and guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm, refined, and welcoming atmosphere

• Moderate and direct traffic within the gallery to maintain an organized and elevated client flow

• Coordinate and guide appointment-based visits, working in tandem with the retail and gallery teams

• Communicate professionally and effectively with VIP clients, stylists, and visiting teams

• Serve as a front-facing presence that sets the tone for the space—maintaining poise, discretion, and attentiveness

• Monitor the gallery environment to ensure it reflects brand standards at all times

• Provide light administrative and logistical support for client-facing operations as needed

Key Requirements:

• Reception or hosting roles at high-end retail or gallery spaces
  
  

• Concierge or front-of-house experience in premium residential, hospitality, or lifestyle settings
  
  

• Individuals with on-camera/media presence, with a refined sense of tone, space, and personal presentation
  
  

• Fluency in English and Gallery location language (ex: Italian, French, Japanese, etc)
