Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Birmingham, AL. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee and execute all aspects of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. They will be responsible for optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, conducting data analysis to inform strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Daily tasks will include managing budgets, monitoring campaign performance, and generating detailed performance reports.
