Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the content management and curation cycle
• Lead the development of high-quality graphics, videos, photos, and digital assets that bring campaigns to life. Ensure all content reflects strategic priorities and elevates the Broadhead Equipment brand presence.
• Concept, shoot, and produce short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form storytelling pieces.
• Execute a distinct strategy for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Stay up to date with industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh
• Increase organic visibility across all social platforms
• Work with our paid search and social media advertising agency to ensure consistency in brand image across campaigns
• Keep all social profiles up to date with current information/imagery
• Ensure the website and blog remains up-to-date by coordinating timely content updates and aligning digital messaging with current campaigns and creative direction
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and reviews
• Be the company expert regarding public facing platforms

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working directly with social media for a brand
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Experience working with multiple social media platforms
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Proven ability to shoot, edit, and publish content independently (both photo and video)
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus
• Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Express, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
• Creative thinker with a strong attention to details
• Portfolio of photo/video work preferred.
