POSITION TITLE Project Manager

Position Summary

This role involves managing residential and commercial remodeling projects from the first client consultation through project completion. You will serve as the central coordinator among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual or in‑person meetings to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and specifications
• Monitor project progress and analyze KPI data
• Coordinate with stakeholders both in Japan and on-site in the United States
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
• Maintain clear communication with clients, sharing regular updates and addressing concerns
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
• Conduct virtual final inspections and oversee project closure
• Apply a strong understanding of the EPC (Explore, Produce, Commercialize) framework across product lines and markets
• Perform other assigned duties
  
  
  

Qualifications

• A real estate sales or brokerage license from any U.S. state is a strong plus
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time (100% on-site or on the field)

WORKING HOURS Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (1-hour break; all applicable regulations apply)

SALARY USD80,000-100,000
