POSITION TITLE Project Management and Asset Management

Position Summary

In this position, you will oversee and optimize a U.S. real estate portfolio from an LP perspective, taking responsibility for both project management and asset management functions. The role focuses on maximizing asset value and operating performance through strategic oversight of development projects and ongoing asset operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of real estate projects, from planning and feasibility through construction, leasing, and disposition
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders
• Conduct market and financial analyses to support investment decisions
• Develop and review cash flow projections and financial models
• Execute asset strategies to enhance value
• Oversee leasing activities, tenant relations, and contract negotiations
• Prepare budgets, performance reports, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with overseas headquarters and report to senior leadership
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 8 years of experience in development management and/or asset management
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
• Knowledge of U.S. real estate markets, regulations, and property management practices
• Ability to manage multiple assets and report to international leadership teams

• Professional certifications such as CPM, CCIM, or RICS
• Experience across commercial, residential, or mixed-use assets
