Responsibilities
- Achieve annual revenue and growth targets
- Identify new markets and opportunities
- Conduct customer visits, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations
- Manage quotations, negotiations, delivery, and payment terms
- Support trade shows and industry networking
- Collaborate with international teams
- 2–5 years of experience in Technical or Inside Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Material Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Hybrid work schedule (3–5 days in office), 25% travel
- Sales planning and forecasting
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency and time management
- English-Japanese bilingualism is a plus
