Our client, an entrepreneurial and growing New Jersey law firm, is seeking a commercial litigation attorney with seven or more years of employment and commercial litigation experience to join its expanding practice in Morristown. Working directly with a busy and highly regarded management side employment litigator, this is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who has developed strong litigation skills and is ready for more sophisticated work, greater client responsibility, and a larger role in a growing practice.
The practice represents employers, business owners, and companies in a wide range of employment and commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing litigation through all phases, strong writing and advocacy skills, and the confidence to handle sophisticated matters independently while collaborating closely with firm leadership. First chair or significant second chair experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation ranges from $225K to $260K, plus a performance based bonus and outstanding benefits.
