The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience handling commercial real estate litigation, including commercial lease disputes, commercial landlord tenant litigation, Yellowstone proceedings, construction litigation, mortgage foreclosures, or other sophisticated commercial real estate disputes. You'll work directly with accomplished partners, advise sophisticated clients, and take on significant responsibility from day one.
Candidates should possess outstanding writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, along with the judgment and initiative to manage sophisticated matters effectively. Admission to the New York Bar is required. Compensation includes a base salary of $245K to $300K , together with a competitive bonus program and outstanding benefits.
