Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand partnerships across Professional, Skilled Industrial, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Legal, IT, and Financial sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Represent J & J Staffing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Present our services to decision-makers and hiring managers, addressing staffing challenges and driving long-term success.
- Stay informed on industry trends and labor market shifts to uncover new opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (staffing/recruiting industry preferred).
- Outside sales and sales presentation experience is a huge plus!
- Proven success selling into one or more target industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with video conferencing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with daily prospecting and cold calls.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
