Location: Rancocas, NJ

Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Our client in Rancocas, NJ, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join their manufacturing team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering between $23-$29/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Use precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, verniers, and other calibrated equipment.
• Verify measurements and quantities with a high degree of accuracy, including metric and standard units.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Identify, document, and report defects, discrepancies, or non-conforming materials.
• Accept or reject products based on inspection results.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Analyze inspection data and prepare reports as needed.
• Scan, upload, and organize quality-related documents.
• Recommend process improvements and corrective actions when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of quality control, inspection, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and calibrated testing equipment.
• Ability to accurately read measurements and work with precise quantities down to the milliliter (mL).
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
• Proficiency with metric and standard measurement systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and recordkeeping skills.
