Job Title: Major Accounts Sales Representative
Location: Pennsauken, NJ
Compensation: Straight Commission (3% of all account revenue, uncapped) Incentive & Performance Bonuses

Job Summary: Our Client in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Major Accounts Sales Representative. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering a straight commission structure with 3% on all account revenue, uncapped earning potential, plus additional incentive and performance-based bonuses. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing book of wholesale and reseller accounts.
- Prospect and develop new accounts to expand the customer base.
- Quote pricing and availability on merchandise as inventory turns over.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse team on fulfillment and timing.
- Maintain up-to-date account and pipeline records (CRM or equivalent).
- Stay current on available inventory to proactively match products to customer needs.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, text, and occasional face-to-face interactions.
Requirements:
- 2 years of B2B sales experience required.
- Wholesale, distribution, grocery, or closeout/off-price industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-driven compensation.
- Organized and able to manage a high volume of accounts and follow-ups.
- Ability to adapt to changing inventory and customer needs.
- Proficiency with CRM systems preferred.
