Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site, Morganville, NJ
Compensation: $18/hr.
Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing
Our client, located in Englishtown, NJ, has an immediate need for an experienced, temporary Customer Service Representative. The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
*Please note this position requires a candidate with good technical computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers.
- Answer phones in a professional manner.
- Completing pickups for buyers/transporters when they arrive.
- Minor title/paperwork processing/filing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience providing customer service via a multi-line phone system.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
