What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Coordinator (After hoursl) position at ITR Group?
Contract consulting opportunity for experienced Project Coordinator in the facilities/maintenance area. 6 month contract assignment.
Client requirements:
- Onsite 5 days/week (Richfield/ Minneapolis area)
- Hours: Wed-Fri 4pm-10pm, Sat-Sunday 9am-7pm (off Monday/Tue)
What you'll do: You'll be part of a department that supports 900 stores, 40 supply chain buildings for scheduled and on demand facility work and services. A component of the work is on demand and requires emergency work services, for example: broken locks, doors, electrical/plumbing/hvac.
You'll provides after-hours support for facility maintenance operations by overseeing and approving service requests on evenings and weekends. Monitoring incoming maintenance calls, approving repairs within established spending limits, ensuring timely dispatch of service providers through ServiceChannel, and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation of service activities. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless facility operations outside of standard business hours by balancing sound judgment, timely communication, and adherence to company repair and cost guidelines.
Experience:
- Knowledgeable in maintenance type repairs etc.
- Email and Phone communication skills
- Experience with work order systems or PO's
- Facility experience with break fix vendors and dispatches (a plus)

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $25.00 - $30.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
