We're looking for a Parts & Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to manage our parts inventory and ensure our equipment stays in top shape. This role is key to keeping our production efficient and our cheese world-class.
What You'll Do
- Keep our maintenance shop organized and stocked with the right parts.
- Source and order repair parts—your attention to detail keeps us moving.
- Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance to avoid downtime.
- Use our CMMS system to track work orders and equipment status.
- Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to spot issues before they happen.
- Work closely with other departments to keep operations seamless.
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with CMMS software (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
- Great communication skills—you'll be the go-to person for maintenance coordination.
