Responsibilities
- Order supplies for multi locations.
- Review invoices and verify received goods against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and provide updates on order statuses.
- Conduct vendors/suppliers research, assist in negotiating pricing for cost-effective procurement, and maintain supplier databases.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business or supply chain management is an advantage.
- Previous experience in purchasing or an administrative role is preferred.\
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, is highly desirable.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for vendor and team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory control methods.
- Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and improve purchasing operations.
